Commissioning
Commissioning of production lines and equipment in terms of HW as well as SW. Expert supervision over the installation of systems from external contractors.
Industrial engineering
Design of production and assembly processes, elaboration of technological procedures, optimization of existing production processes, simulations of production processes using Process Designer, Process Simulate and Plan Simulation.
Quality management
Quality assurance and management according to the standard IATF16949 in development and production projects of the customer to the extent required using methods such as PPAP, FTA, Ishikawa diagram, 5S, 8D, FMEA, QFD and MSA.
Project management
